Retail Store Manager

The Goodstock By Nolan Ryan butcher shop is looking for a leader who will bring fresh creative thinking to the table and help to create a memorable front-end experience for our guests as well as efficiencies behind the scenes. The successful candidate will manage overall operations of the store, and work with our Direct-to-Consumer Business Manager to ideate on marketing programs, new products, and promotions to drive traffic and create loyal customers to the butcher shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and adjusting operations and labor to stay within the corporate budget and make any changes necessary to sustain the projected profit margin for each quarter.

E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist

Our team is looking for a new member who will be tasked with managing and optimizing our e-commerce presence, product catalog, and Shopify ecosystem. As we continue to build out this sales channel, this position will be tasked with managing the day-to-day holistic flow of the sales cycle. The individual will be tasked with growing sales through a focus on consumer promotions and business-to-business relationship building that creates opportunities for consumer and corporate sales. The role will maintain the Goodstocktx.com marketplace, manage third-party platforms and vendors, and work directly with customers to create and deliver a world-class experience. This person will work closely with our supply chain and marketing teams to continue to improve our eCommerce distribution network, sales performance, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Director of Marketing & Communications

Our marketing department is looking for a leader to develop and execute a brand strategy that will reflect the values and ethics of one of the best, most respected baseball players of all time. A successful candidate in this role will be responsible for leading a team and organization in development of an overall marketing platform and strategy, including internal and external communications, website development, social media, and brand partnerships. The candidate will need to exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills in both the digital and physical world. You will have a curiosity for digging into who our consumer audience is and what makes them tick so we can effectively communicate with them and build their trust and confidence. You have experience leading marketing teams in the food and beverage CPG category and are familiar with consumer purchase journeys in grocery retail environments. You have experience directing brand, creative content, social influencers, and PR, optimally in the food and beverage space.
